Student Policies

MB Seminary is committed to providing a community where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. The following policies and procedures are designed to equip our community to live out our faithful calling to Jesus Christ.

Student Handbook

When you are accepted as an MB Seminary student at the ACTS Seminaries consortium, you also become a student of Trinity Western University. We follow the same academic standards and procedures as TWU.

  • Visit the ACTS Student Centre to view the TWU Student Handbook and to discover details about course registration and academic resources

Those enrolled in MB Seminary’s Certificate of Ministry Foundations can refer to our Academic Calendar which is unique to our certificate program (the calendar will be posted after approval).

Bullying and Harassment

MB Seminary is committed to providing a community in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, free from harassment. We consider harassment a serious offence and will not tolerate harassing behaviour that may undermine the respect, dignity, self-esteem, or productivity of any student, faculty, staff, or administrative member.

Dispute Resolution

Member schools of the ACTS consortium encourage all persons to come forward with complaints. Unless complaints are reported and resolved, it is very difficult for the ACTS consortium to maintain a safe environment for working and learning.

Tuition Refund Policy

MB Seminary follows the policies established by the institutions we partner with. Details on tuition refunds following course withdrawal can be found by clicking on the links below:
