The Winkler MB Church is a multi-generation congregation reaching 150 kids in K-6, 80-100 students in Jr. and Sr. High, and an average worship attendance of 500.  We are looking to hire a full-time Family Ministries Team Development Director; a newly created position within the Family Ministries Team.  Leading under the direction of the Family Ministries Pastor and working alongside a Programming Director, the Team Development Director takes the lead in recruiting and developing leaders for both kids and students ministries, while also providing leadership for the weekly Student Ministry teams. 4 Month Positions: program directors, unit leaders (oversee different camps program and staff), head wrangler, horse camp instructor, youth development program leaders, secretary, maintenance, head cook, and assistant cook.

2 Month Positions (July and August): counsellors, nurses, kitchen helpers, male and female unit leaders, wranglers, climbing wall instructor, and out camp food coordinator.
