Terry began working at MB Seminary as the Director of Advancement in 2019. His career path includes serving as Senior Pastor at Mountain Park Community Church for 18 years, serving as Executive Director of Greater Vancouver Youth for Christ/Youth Unlimited for four years, and pastoring in Niverville, Manitoba for five years. He is a graduate of Regent College in Vancouver with a Masters of Christian Studies in Old Testament.

Terry is married to Viola and they have four married children and six grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorbike, camping, spending time with his family, and continuing to learn.
