Master of Arts Transformational Leadership
MB Seminary’s Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership helps ministry leaders grow in their love for God and develop practical skills for leading missional change in their relationships, churches, workplaces, and communities. The heartbeat of this degree centres around various Teaching Church partnerships across the country. Our courses are highly contextualized to the learner’s local ministry, and both churches and individuals benefit as learners apply what they learn and develop capacity for greater missional effectiveness in real-time. Come learn with us as we explore relevant topics that will help equip you to know, love, and serve Jesus even more effectively.
The Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership is a 3 year, 48 credit degree program designed to equip students to make an immediate impact in their church or ministry. Learners take modular courses in Biblical Studies, Theology, History, Leadership, and Discipleship, all at a local church or online. With cohorts in Burnaby, BC, Langley, BC, Williams Lake, BC, Winnipeg, MB, and Waterloo, ON, there is no longer a need to uproot and move to where a seminary is located—instead, our seminary comes to you! Two electives help to broaden a learner’s skillset or enable them to focus on a specific area of interest. An applied ministry project is the capstone of this degree, which helps learners integrate theory into practice, and impact their ministry in real-time.
