Bullying and Harassment
MB Seminary is committed to providing a community in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, free from harassment. We consider harassment a serious offence and will not tolerate harassing behaviour that may undermine the respect, dignity, self-esteem, or productivity of any student, faculty, staff, or administrative member. If you have any concerns about possible bullying or harassment, the Contact Persons listed below are your point of initial contact (each has been trained to address bullying and harassment issues).

Tuition Refund Policy
- Policies for course refunds are also specified in our MB Seminary Academic Calendar:
- A course can be dropped by the student before the first day of the teaching intensive portion of
the class for a full refund of tuition and course fees. Dropping a course on the day of or after the teaching intensive portion of a class will result in a refund of 50% of the course tuition, and the registration change must be administered by the Registrar. There is no refund for course tuition or fees if more than one week has passed since the end of the teaching intensive. During this period, courses may only be dropped due to severe extenuating circumstances after approval by the Registrar.

- Policies for Clinical Psychospiritual Education (CPE) Units:
- A CPE student can withdraw from their unit within the first seven days of the beginning of the unit and receive a 70% tuition refund. If the withdrawal occurs after seven days and up to 28 days, the student will receive a 50% refund. After the 28th day, there will be no tuition refund.
